Greg Mesniaeff joined Needham & Company in 2005. Previously, Greg was the senior media and communications analyst at Credit Lyonnais Securities USA. Prior to that, he covered telecom, cable and communications technology for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., The Robinson-Humphrey Co. and Wheat First Securities. He holds a BBA in Business Administration from the Baruch School of Business in New York and an MA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He is also a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Richard Valera has been with Needham & Company since 1997. Rich was ranked fifth in The Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" 2006 poll in the telecommunications equipment sector. He previously spent nine years in the EDA industry, most recently as a senior applications consultant at Synopsys, an industry-leading provider of logic synthesis and verification tools. Prior to Synopsys, he was employed at Viewlogic Systems and RacalRedac/HHB Systems in a variety of technical and marketing capacities. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
