Glenn Hanus joined Needham & Company in 1992. Glen follows companies engaged in various facets of storage networking, including storage subsystems, library automation, network infrastructure components, network-attached storage appliances, storage management software and storage-related services. His experience includes roles in corporate finance mergers and acquisitions at both Needham and Dean Witter Reynolds. Prior to Wall Street, Glen was a product manager at IBM, where he focused on PC peripheral products. He obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Richard Kugele has been with Needham & Company since 1998. Starting as an analyst in the contract manufacturing and storage networking sectors, he shifted his focus in 2000 and now focuses on Disk Drives, IT Distribution & Hardware/Electronic Manufacturing Services. Mr. Kugele was ranked second in The Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" 2006 poll for the electronic and electrical equipment sector. He graduated from Bucknell University with a BSBA Accounting degree and a concentration in finance.
