Robin Graham rejoined Needham & Company in January 2012 to lead its Internet & Digital Media banking practice and the West Coast investment banking group. From 2007-2012, Robin spent four years at Panmure Gordon's ThinkEquity business where he was co-head of both M&A and Internet Banking. He started his career with Needham & Company in 1994 in New York and quickly developed a passion for working with high growth technology and consumer-oriented businesses. Relocating to its Sand Hill Road office in 1996, he successfully advised Needham's broad base of clients across industry sectors on a wide range of equity financings and strategic mergers & acquisitions, rising to Managing Director and leading the West Coast practice of the firm's M&A Group until 2007. Robin is a graduate of Harvard University.

Steven Miller joined Needham & Company in 2006. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of various public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Needham, Steven worked as the Corporate Financial Analyst for L-3 Communications and a Senior Analyst at Sirius Satellite Radio. He graduated from Babson College with a BS in Finance and Investments and earned an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Mike Staff joined Needham & Company in 2006. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of public and private financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Needham, Mike worked as a research associate for Aurora Investment Management, LLC (formerly known as Harris Alternatives, LLC), a $10 billion fund of hedge funds. He possesses a Masters in Finance from the ICMA Center at the University of Reading and graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He has passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.

Brandon Rasmusson joined Needham & Company in 2006. In his tenure at Needham & Company, Brandon has executed over 35 transactions including multiple private and public financings, buy- and sell-side acquisitions and broad financial advisory work across the technology ecosystem. For the last several years he has focused on growth companies in the Internet & Digital Media and Software sector with deep expertise in consumer centric businesses. Prior to joining Needham, Brandon graduated from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Finance and studied economics and accounting.
