Peter Bennett joined Needham & Company in 2008. He heads Needham & Company’s private placement group. Peter has more than 20 years of private placement experience executing private financings for a wide variety of domestic and international corporate issuers. He has executed more than 130 private finance transactions in his career, raising over $8.0 billion. He has broad industry experience in the business services, consumer, industrial, healthcare and life sciences, media, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Needham, Peter was a partner at Consumer Growth Partners, a private equity firm. During his career, he founded and headed the private placement practices at Lazard Middle Market, Piper Jaffray and Deutsche Bank. Peter also served as a senior private placement banker at Lehman Brothers and Chase Securities. He holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Jessica Cracolici joined Needham & Company in 2009. She has worked has executed over 75 private placement transactions ranging from Registered Directs, PIPEs, quietly marketed Overnight Offerings, Block Trades, Stock Repurchase Plans and Restricted Stock Sales. She has raised over $2.0 billion, for public and private companies across various growth sectors – Aerospace & Defense, Alternative Energy, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial Growth, Media and Technology. Prior to joining Needham, she worked at Oppenheimer and Prudential Securities. She received a BS in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2000.
