Senior Investment Bankers 
Immediate opportunities in our New York and Menlo Park, California, offices focusing upon biotech and healthcare.  The position requires an extensive background as senior/lead on merger and acquisitions, IPOs and other banking activities. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive investment banking experience, as well as an undergraduate degree in a related field (MBA preferred). No phone calls.

Associate
Associate.  Opportunities available within our New York, Boston and Menlo Park, California, offices.  The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of investment banking experience, a solid basis in accounting and finance, strong analytical skills with advanced modeling skills, high level of motivation, demonstrating committment and dedication, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities at once while working under pressure and thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.  This position also requires Series 7 & 63 licenses. We currently have an opportunity for a Fund Administrator within our Asset Management group with 3 to 5 years of fund administration experience within an Asset Management group involving Private Equity Funds and Hedge Funds. This position reports to the Controller. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree in finance or related subject from an accredited university or college, have 3 to 5 years of funds administration experience within a relevant asset management group, ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities and achieve required results, strong technical + analytical abilities, flexibility with projects and outstanding organizational and attention to detail and follow-up skills. Accountant, Asset Management
We currently have an immediate position opening for an Accountant within our Asset Management group with 1 to 2 years of general accounting experience within an Asset Management group involving Private Equity Funds and Hedge Funds. Equity Research Associate
We have an opportunity for a Research Associate within our Equity Research Division. The primary role is to assist a Senior Research Analyst with coverage of specific companies within a biotech group. Responsibilities include: assist with the preparation of research notes, industry reports and monthly publications, perform analysis, forecasting and modeling for companies under coverage for the analyst's review and approval, pepare quantitative reports/spreadsheet analysis on specific companies for analyst's review, evaluates companies versus peer groups within the industry, perform special projects when needed. The successful candidate will have practical experience within the Biotech industry, possess a degree in finance, accounting or other related field, an MBA is preferred although not required.
