Al Montanino joined Needham & Company in 2024 as a Principal in Options Sales & Trading. His role on the team involves sales coverage and trade execution as well as trade idea generation and structuring. Al started his career at Mizuho Securities where he worked for 4 years as a trading desk analyst and associate helping to build out the listed options business. Al graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Finance.
