Bobby Droodiani joined Needham & Company in 2017. His areas of focus include M&A advisory and equity financings, working primarily with companies in the Semiconductor Supply Chain. Prior to returning to Needham in 2019, Bobby was an acquisitions manager at The Johnson Group, a family office with investments in a variety of asset classes. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Cal he was a member of the Berkeley Energy and Resources Collaborative.
Bobby’s expertise and focus areas include key subsectors across the semiconductor supply chain such as specialty materials, precision parts machining, fabrication & assembly, high-value components & subsystems, robotics & automation, front-end process equipment, metrology & inspection equipment, back-end & test equipment and consumables, parts cleaning and coating services, specialty fab services, semiconductor manufacturing software, and other services throughout the semiconductor manufacturing and Wafer Fab Equipment (WFE) landscape.
