Carter Goman joined Needham & Company in 2026 as a Senior Research Analyst to further expand its coverage of Critical Minerals, Power, and Energy Technology. With over 10 years of investing and corporate experience, Carter was most recently at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, the largest nuclear fusion company in the US. Prior to that, Carter spent over three years as an investor at Surveyor Capital, covering CleanTech and Energy. Carter holds a MBA from Wharton and a Master’s in International Studies from UPenn, a Bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina, and is a CFA charterholder.
