Eric Ritter joined Needham & Company in 2015. Eric is the Co-Head of NY Sales and a member of Needham’s Operating Committee. Throughout the past 20 years, Eric has created & maintained strong relationships across buy-side institutions. Prior to joining Needham, Eric worked as Head of US Middle Markets, Institutional Equities at Deutsche Bank. Eric started his career in 2002 at Jefferies & Company within Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets, where he worked on 50+ transactions. In addition to Deutsche Bank and Jefferies, Eric held senior positions within Institutional Equities at Bear Stearns and Bank of America. Additionally, Eric is on the Finance Advisory Board within Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business. Eric is also the Founder of the charitable group, !mpaCT. !mpaCT raises awareness & resources for charities that positively impact children within the tri-state area. Eric graduated from The Ohio State University.
