Jerry Hammerschmidt joined Needham & Company in 2024 as Head of Listed Options Sales & Trading. Jerry has over 20 years of equity derivative experience having started his career in the Hang Seng options pit in Hong Kong. Most recently he was a Managing Director at Mizuho Securities where he ran the listed options business. Prior to Mizuho, Jerry held senior positions at Morgan Stanley, Barclays and was a Partner at Macro Risk Advisors.
