Matt Castrovince joined Needham & Company in 2011. Matt leads Needham’s technology capital markets efforts and focuses on transaction execution for both public and private issuers as well as their investors. He works closely with the investment banking and institutional sales and trading teams in order to help facilitate smooth and efficient transaction execution. Throughout his career, Matt has completed more than 400 transactions. Matt graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business.
