Michael Mazur joined Needham & Company in 2019 in its Boston office. His primary responsibilities include advising public and private communications and advanced technology companies on financing and M&A transactions. Throughout his career, Michael has executed more than 50 transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, convertible debt offerings, private placements, and sell-side and buy-side M&A. Prior to Needham, Michael was a member of the Corporate Advisory and Banking team at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he served as a lender and strategic advisor to closely held businesses. Michael earned a B.S. in Economics and American Studies from Trinity College in 2013 and is a CFA charterholder.
