Neil Young joined Needham & Company in 2023 to expand its semiconductor research team. Prior to Needham, he covered homebuilders and building products at Evercore ISI. He also held similar positions at Barclays and Cleveland Research Company, where he focused on semiconductors and industrials respectively. Neil earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, from the University of Toledo.
