Perry Laberis joined Needham & Company in 2018 and is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group, where he helps lead the firm’s AI, Infrastructure Software and Cybersecurity practices. Perry works with both private and public growth companies across a wide range of strategic advisory and financing transactions, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, IPOs, public follow-on offerings, convertible note offerings and private placements. Prior to Needham, Perry was an early-stage investor within the Catalyst team at GE Ventures, orchestrating innovation ecosystems and funding growth programs across healthcare and technology to facilitate scientific breakthroughs. Earlier in his career, Perry was a technology industry analyst at IDC and Enterprise Strategy Group, covering an array of data center and cloud technologies, including virtualization, cloud computing, converged infrastructure, data analytics and cybersecurity. Perry received his BS from Trinity College and his MBA from Babson.
